How do I make a return or an exchange?

Before requesting a return or exchange, please read the Returns & Exchanges Policy below. Then, fill out a return request in the form below. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Can I return my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied and pleased as punch with your order. We accept returns of unused, in new condition products in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure you package returns in sturdy packaging to ensure they make it back to us in saleable condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We cannot accept returns on custom orders due to their personalized nature. If you’re unhappy with what you received, please reach out and we’ll work to make it better.

Can I exchange my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied and pleased as punch with your order. We accept exchanges of unused, in new condition products in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs for returns and shipping costs for the new product exchange are the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure you package returns in sturdy packaging to ensure they make it back to us in saleable condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! If something horrible happens in the mail, we’ll do our best to make it better. We package every order in professional, sturdy packaging to ensure your order arrives in great condition. Please use the form below to contact us right away if your product arrives damaged. You’ll need to take photos of the damage, so retain all packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

The time window to cancel an order is very brief, as we always strive to make and process your order as soon as possible. If you realize you made a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been made and shipped, we may be able to cancel and refund the order.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Oops! We get it. Mistakes happen sometimes. If you realize as soon as you order that you put in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. The time window to make a correction is very brief, as we always strive to make and process your order as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been made and shipped, you can provide us with the correct shipping address.
